How does shipping work?
We ship across Maryland. USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 days in transit. We ship Monday–Wednesday so cookies never sit over a weekend. We need 3 days' notice, and our last ship date this season is December 21.
And pickup?
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your box in Baltimore, MD on your chosen day, baked fresh that morning. 2 days' notice.
How long do they keep?
About 14 days in the box at room temperature. Gingerbread gets better after a day or two as the spices settle.

Organic wheat flour, butter, dark brown sugar, unsulphured molasses, eggs, fresh ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda, sea salt. Icing: powdered sugar, egg white, lemon juice. Contains wheat, dairy, egg.
